Doesn't our cheeks-to-cheeks warranty cover things like this?

She has strepp, do you believe it? And I was so sure she was doing better! Well, actually, she may be (although she had a fever again today), but we're not messing around, she's on antibiotics again.

I was speaking to someone tonight who nursed for two years and said how her daughter was almost never sick, and the other kids in her gan are on antibiotics every few weeks, etc.

And I said, wow - imagine if I WASN'T nursing Prunella.

It does seem like she's been sick a lot this winter, but B"H, BA"H nothing has been really bad. A bit miserable, but nothing scary, nothing even really really messy (don't want to push the limits of those diapers too much ya know) - I really can't complain!

Travel Plans Update: We have our tickets for Pesach - hurray! We'll be in NY for the bulk of the trip, but will make it to Houston for a couple days prior to the holiday itself to visit grandparents, etc (who we kidding - it's just so the grandparents can see the greatgranddaughter! We're just escorts). Then we all - and I mean WE all, with my folks - fly up to NY for chag.

Off for an early night. Goodnight dear ones, and may Mashiach come soon so we can happily cancel all of the above arrangements.

Ya know, since she has strep, it just confirms that she has strong genes from our side of the family. I can't tell you how many times I had strep as a kid! So does this mean we get to see the tochter in less than a month? Yippee!

Oh c'mon, I know you are really just coming to NY for Pesach to see us! (That would be a subtle way of insisting you come visit when you're in!)...Can't wait!!!!

I know that people say that nursing keeps the kids healthier but I also know that Miriam had four ear infections this winter and I'm still nursing her. I think you can have a healthy kid who doesn't nurse and a sick kid who nurses but perhaps on the whole, nursing babes are healthier because they have their mommy's antibodies. Feel better.

So it took me 3 times to read this title before I got the cheeks-to-cheeks pun and it was an Oh! moment...very cute and creative!

Yoni nursed for over a year and Yael nursing and going strong (via bottle) for 3 months already. Go figure.

B"H Jonathan doesn't have a problem aspirating food/drink into his lungs, but now we need to go through more tests to find out what his problem really IS. I just want him to be healthy already!

Amen to that, Brenda! Is it time to check the mezuzas yet?

We're doing one better - we're getting a bigger apartment and of course changing mezuzot then. I'm so excited I get my own bathroom (well, to share with Eran, but hey it's already an improvement - potty training in a one bathroom apt is NOT fun!)

We have to part with his baby hair ringlets too as he is finally reaching that magical age of 3 - can you believe it, we can't.
