Useful, if not marketable, skill

Tonight's "new song" to appease Sarah Rochel, who art tired of "old songs". Why oh why can't I turn this instant-lyricalness into money, I ask you?

Their bags are packed and they're ready to go
Driving to the airport you know
Waiting in line and shlepping all their bags

Standing in line and stamping their tickets
Checking their bags to make sure it fits
Getting on the plane, finding seats and sitting down

Saba is on an airplane
Soon he will be here once again
Savta is on an airplane
Soon she will be here once again

They'll get off the plane, wait in line again
Get all their bags, and then
Get their car and drive to Beit Shemesh

The sun will be up and you girls will be too
You'll come out of your room and see the two
Grandparents so happy to be here

Saba is on airplane
Soon he will be here once again
Savta is on an airplan
Soon she will be here once again

"They're on the airplane now? For real for real?"
Yes, Sarah Rochel.
"Yay!" (much kicking and squealing with joy)

See you soon Saba and Savta!

(Oh, and as I leave the room, I hear Sarah Rochel kiss her baby doll and say to it, "don't bother me.")
